The Customer Service Department of the Lakewood Water District has been very caringly put in place and values working as a team to provide the highest quality service to our customers.  Each of our representatives strives to provide the best service available, demonstrating courtesy, respect, efficiency, and diligence. 

Our Customer Service Representatives are available to assist either by phone or in person with the following areas:

  • Starting/stopping service
  • Assisting with billing statement inquiries
  • Collecting payments
  • Providing water usage history
  • Issuing Backflow permits, Hydrant Meter rentals, and Water Availability letters
  • Assisting with any questions or needs that may arise

The Customer Service staff also works closely with Billing and Field staff to research and correct any irregularities to customer accounts.
